Teghan Britton-Lee

Teghan is a highly capable and accomplished talent acquisition leader, having held senior positions in both agency and client environments.

She is well versed in leading aligned and engaged teams to deliver on critical business needs; and has considerable experience assisting clients plan for and deliver improvements around talent attraction, retention and engagement, candidate experience, talent pooling, market mapping and professional networking.

Most recently, Teghan held senior Resourcing roles at BHP Billiton Iron Ore – which focused on delivering global competitiveness through the development and deployment of appropriate recruitment strategies and processes to meet talent demand.  Before that, she was Director HR & Talent Management at one of the world's leading providers of professional staffing.
